Stephen McManus headed a dramatic winner seven minutes into second-half stoppage time as Scotland came from behind to defeat Liechtenstein 2-1 in European Championship qualifying on Tuesday. In the last play of the match, Barry Robson swung over a corner and McManus rose high to head into the corner and put Scotland top of Group I on four points.

Karim Benzema and Florent Malouda scored second-half goals to give France a much needed 2-0 win at Bosnia-Herzegovina on Tuesday night as the visitors recovered from their stumbling start to 2012 European Championship qualifying. Benzema was set up in the penalty area by Gael Clichy and beat a defender before slotting home with a powerful left-footed shot in the 72nd minute.

Hamdi Salihi scored a first-half goal as Albania beat Luxembourg 1-0 Tuesday in a qualifier for the 2012 European Championship.
